I just switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and noticed that the upload boxes were rather unresponsive. When trying to add an attachment to an email, or support ticket, I clicked on the “Date” column to sort them and select one of the recent files – but nothing seemed to happen – for quite some time.
So – looked to see if someone else was experiencing similar problems…
Found this post by Jakub Marian, who suggests this solution:
- Right-click on the column header
- Deselect “Date”
- Select “Date Created” or “Date Modified”
I tried it, and it seemed to work. Hope it will last, as this is a very annoying problem!
