Therefore, look at your own website through the eyes of a user. Ask a friend or colleague for some honest feedback or, even better, get an objective evaluation by an Internet consultant specializing in web optimization.
What do you think is important when you visit a website?
- Is the content easy to read? Can people adjust the font size when they find the letters too small or too large?
- Do the pages download quickly enough? An amazing amount of people are still on dial up…
- Is the contact information easy to find? Does it look trustworthy?

If these things are important to you, they are likely also important to your website visitors. So, how do these questions apply to YOUR website?
